At Land Cruiser Grilles, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Because our items are specialized automotive components, we enforce a strict return and refund policy.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from https://landcruisergrilles.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that possess a verifiable manufacturing defect.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any other reasons, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Ordering the wrong part, style, color, or model year for your vehicle.

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or off-road wear and tear.
2. Reporting a Manufacturing Defect (Return Window)
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (as determined by the carrier tracking info).

To initiate a claim, please email us at Kelly@RestorationSector.com with your order number.

You must provide clear photographic and/or video evidence documenting the manufacturing defect.
3. Inspection and Approval Process
Once we receive your claim and evidence:

Our quality assurance team will review the documentation.

If the defect is verified, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

The item must be shipped back to us in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

Upon receiving the physical item, we will conduct a final inspection. If the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault (and not a result of shipping damage, improper installation, or handling), we will process your remedy.
4. Remedies for Approved Defects
If a manufacturing defect is validated upon inspection, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

A brand-new replacement item shipped to you at no additional cost.

A full refund of the purchase price to your original method of payment.
5. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

For approved defects: Land Cruiser Grilles will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee for verified manufacturing defects.
6. Unauthorized Returns
Any items sent back to us without prior written approval and a valid RMA number will be rejected and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved and processed, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
