SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for shopping at landcruisergrilles.com. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing & Production Lead Times

Because many of our custom steel grilles, headlight housings, and conversion kits are handcrafted or built-to-order, items do not always ship immediately.

  • Standard Shipping Window: Please allow up to 60 days for your order to be processed, fabricated, and shipped.

  • Fast-Track Delivery: While 60 days is our maximum safety window for custom builds, orders often ship much faster depending on our current production schedule and material availability.

2. Shipping Rates & Carrier Methods

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We primarily ship via major couriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to ensure heavy steel components are tracked and handled securely.

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you automatically the moment your shipping label is generated.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipping)

Land Cruiser Grilles is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, brokerage fees, VAT, etc.).

4. Shipping Damage (Inspect Immediately)

Our products are built tough, but carriers can still manage to damage packages. You must inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

  • If your grille or parts arrive bent, scratched, or damaged, you must notify us at info@restorationsector.com within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the product so we can initiate a carrier claim and get you a replacement.
